You Can either pay by Credit Cards ( VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS ) or by check or by wire transfer. The adress for sending a check as well as the bank information is given on the invoice. The invoice will be sent for all international orders first by fax and the original by courier, if shipping and billing addresses match (enclosed in the package).
If shipping and billing addresses are different you will receive the original invoice by post.
It depend on the type of service you prefer and also on the quantity of the product. It will vary from product to product so there is no fixed shipping charge. You can give us your Courier Service Account # or we will charge you Shipping cost whichever is convenient to you.
